Role Overview

This role is for the ultimate 
'Connector'
. You will be the crucial 
bridge
 linking our clients, internal creative team, external vendors, and freelancers. This is a high-impact position focused on managing relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns from strategy to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management:
     Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and fostering strong, trustworthy relationships.
  • Project Coordination:
     Oversee project timelines, coordinate deadlines, and manage asset flow between the creative team and client stakeholders.
  • Strategic Communication:
     Act as the strong liaison between all parties, translating client needs into actionable briefs for the team and providing professional updates to clients.
  • Campaign Execution:
     Assist in overseeing the execution of digital marketing campaigns and ensuring final deliverables align with the initial brand strategy.
  • Feedback & Problem Solving:
     Proactively manage client feedback loops and address concerns to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience:
     Minimum 
    6 months to 1 year of professional experience
     working in a 
    Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency
     is mandatory.
  • Communication:
     Must be 
    fluent in spoken and written English
    .
  • Education:
     We value real-world experience and talent; 
    no specific educational qualification is required.
  • Skills:
     Exceptional client relationship management, organizational skills, and a proven 
    knack with words
    .

Location & Application Details

  • Primary Location (In-Office):
     This is a full-time, 
    on-site role
     located in our office in 
    Andheri (East), Mumbai
    .
  • Big Plus:
     Prior experience in 
    influencer scraping, outreach, negotiation, and dealing with digital talent
     is highly desirable.
