About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and driven
Influencer Marketing Manager
who will lead the entire influencer vertical at Unstoppable Creative Agency. This is a
client-facing role
that requires strong ownership, communication, and strategic thinking.

You will be responsible for managing the influencer team, end-to-end campaign execution, and ensuring seamless coordination between creators, internal teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the
    Influencer Marketing team
    , ensuring smooth workflow and campaign delivery
  • Act as the
    primary point of contact for clients
    , understanding their needs and presenting solutions
  • Source, identify, and shortlist influencers
    across categories and platforms
  • Scriptwriting and conceptualizing content ideas for influencer deliverables
  • Coordinate and supervise
    influencer shoots
    (pre-production to post-production)
  • Handle
    negotiations
    with influencers and agencies to ensure best value
  • Oversee campaign timelines, approvals, tracking, and final deliveries
  • Maintain influencer databases, relationships, and performance benchmarks
  • Ensure the department runs efficiently end-to-end — from strategy to reporting
