Position: Store Executive

Experience: 02 to 05 years | Location: Hyderabad

We are seeking a Store Executive to manage and control our electronic components and materials inventory, ensuring smooth supply for production and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming electronic components & materials
  • Maintain accurate stock records and update ERP systems regularly
  • Issue materials to production as per requisitions and maintain transaction logs
  • Monitor stock levels, plan reorders, and coordinate with purchase & production teams
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of active & passive electronic components, PCBs, and assemblies
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile inventory
  • Prepare and submit inventory reports, including cost and usage analysis
  • Adhere to companys inventory management policies and safety procedures

Desired Profile:

  • Graduate /Diploma/Engineering in ECE / EEE / EIE
  • 25 years of experience in stores/inventory management in electronics or manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of electronic circuits, PCBs, and components preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office & ERP software
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Good communication and coordination skills
