Job Description:

Aliens Group is hiring a Store Executive / Store Keeper for its landmark high-rise residential project Aliens Space Station Township. We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in infrastructure or building construction projects who can independently handle raw material inventory and stock management at the project site.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, verify, and store construction raw materials like cement, steel, aggregates, plumbing & electrical materials, etc.
  • Maintain daily records of inward and outward material movement.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform the procurement team for reordering to avoid stock-outs.
  • Use Excel and/or ERP tools to update inventory data and generate reports.
  • Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers for material issuance as per site requirements.
  • Prepare MRN (Material Receipt Note), GIN (Goods Issue Note), and maintain physical & digital stock registers.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock verification and ensure zero discrepancies.
  • Keep the store clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction/infrastructure companies handling building projects (high-rise preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of raw materials used in building construction.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, basic computer applications, and inventory/ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP).
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently on-site.
