Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Store Executive for our manufacturing industry operations in Hyderabad. This full-time role requires 4 to 6 years of work experience in store management within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in SAP ERP, lean manufacturing, and logistics coordination as mandatory skills.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in SAP ERP (Mandatory skill) to effectively manage store operations and inventory.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing (Mandatory skill) principles to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Skill in logistics coordination (Mandatory skill) to ensure timely delivery and dispatch of goods.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software for efficient inventory tracking and management.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems to streamline the storage and movement of products.
  • Competence in supplier relationship management to maintain strong partnerships and negotiate terms.
  • Understanding of quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, inventory tracking, and reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient inventory management and stock levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
  • Implement lean manufacturing practices to optimize storage, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
  • Manage logistics and transportation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP ERP and other management software.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product standards are consistently met.
  • Work collaboratively with production and procurement teams to forecast demand and manage supplies.
  • Prepare and present reports on inventory levels and performance to management for strategic planning.
