Key Accounts Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Accounts Executive to drive the sales of our agricultural products. This role requires a dynamic professional who is comfortable balancing both in-office strategic work and field-based customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a proven track record in sales within the agriculture industry.
Key Responsibilities:-
- New Customer Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across various market segments (e.g., businesses, institutions, retailers) to expand our market reach and grow the customer base.
- Client Handling & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships based on trust and rapport.
- Customer Retention & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling existing clients.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals effectively to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust sales strategies and provide valuable feedback to the management team.
- Reporting: Accurately maintain and update sales records, reports, and forecasts for management review.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: A minimum of 0-3 years of proven sales experience is required, with a significant portion of that time spent selling agricultural or agro-based products.
- Domain Knowledge: Must possess relevant experience within the agriculture field and a solid understanding of the agricultural product market, supply chain, and farmer dynamics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Client Management: Demonstrable ability to handle client accounts professionally, resolve customer issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Target-Driven: A strong, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve sales goals.
