We are seeking a detail-oriented **Customer Support Executive** to assist our Account Management team in supporting key client accounts. This position provides an excellent opportunity to learn about account management, customer relations, and business operations in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with client communication, ensuring timely responses to queries and requests.
- Support account managers with administrative tasks (e.g., report preparation, CRM updates).
- Help resolve minor client issues and escalate complex ones as needed.
- Maintain accurate account records and assist with performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Qualification**:

- Any Graduate (BBA/MBA preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- A positive attitude and team spirit
- **Freshers are welcome to apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
