Job Title: Senior Manager – Operations

(CANDIDATES FROM FURNITURE INDUSTRY ONLY)

Location: Tangra / Topsia, Kolkata

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Gender: Male/Female

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and smart Senior Manager – Operations to oversee smooth coordination between the factory, production, clients, and internal teams. The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, well-spoken in English, and capable of managing end-to-end operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily operations between production, clients, and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely production, delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor workflow and provide operational support to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports using Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Liaise with clients for feedback, orders, and service coordination.
  • Collaborate with management to meet business goals and production targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or production coordination (Furniture industry).
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, MS Excel, and other digital tools.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to hybrid or virtual work setups.
  • Smart, proactive, and self-motivated personality.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
