Location-Topsia-Kolkata**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations**:

- Developing dispatch plans and monitoring Incoming & Outgoing Material.
- Creating reports like inventory, dispatch, receiving, TAT and managing stock counting & ensuring proper inventory levels & control.
- Managing all the dispatch activities.
- Administering finished goods dispatch and loading/ unloading vehicles.
- Checking for proper documents checking & conducting physical verification of material against invoice & PO.
- Verifying the material stock daily in software.
- Issuing the material against slip daily and managing the smooth flow of incoming material.
- Coordinating with marketing, transporter & other concerned departments.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and improve service delivery.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external team & vendors
- Train and mentor staff on CRM & Operations part.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in operations and CRM, preferably in the têxtile industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
