Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven GM/AGM Sales to lead the sales operations of our automobile dealership (Both Nexa and Arena Channels) The role involves driving sales performance, achieving retail targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring strong alignment with OEM standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall sales operations: showroom, field sales, corporate & fleet.
- Plan and execute monthly/annual sales targets in coordination with OEM.
- Monitor enquiry inflow, lead management, and conversion ratios.
- Drive high-quality customer experience and ensure CSI/NPS improvement.
- Guide and mentor the sales team—Team Leaders, Consultants, Evaluators, Tele callers.
- Conduct daily reviews, performance tracking, and process audits.
- Build strong customer relationships and corporate business pipelines.
- Oversee stock, ageing, vehicle allocation, and delivery coordination.
- Collaborate with Finance, Insurance, Exchange, and Accessories teams for revenue maximization.
- Drive local marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with OEM processes, audits, and dealership standards.
