Key Responsibilities

· Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.

· Identify and onboard influencers across tiers (nano, micro, macro).

· Coordinate content briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign timelines with creators.

· Support in negotiating deliverables, timelines, and basic commercial terms with influencers and agencies.

· Track campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports.

· Maintain relationships with influencers and manage a database of creator contacts.

· Stay updated on social media trends, influencer content formats, and emerging talent.

Requirements

· 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in D2C, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.

· Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Basic understanding of campaign tracking tools and performance metrics.

· Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for social media trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per month
