We are seeking a highly organized and driven Performance marketer manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and executing digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in performance marketing.

Responsibilities:

-Understanding the needs of the clients and identifying opportunities for growth.

-Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to each client-Meta and Google.

-Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

-Collaborate with internal teams such as creative and content to deliver exceptional client service and exceed expectations.

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure clients receive the most effective digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

-Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and client management.

-Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

-Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Should have good hands on experience on Google Ads and have good technical knowledge with major focus on Google accounts handling.
