About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and creatively driven Creative Project Manager with strong management skills and a background in film script writing, content development, and script reviewing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple creative professionals simultaneously while ensuring high-quality output across all writing and review tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Team Management
Manage and oversee multiple writers, reviewers, and creative professionals at the same time.
Allocate workloads, set deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Conduct regular check-ins, provide guidance, and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
Script Review & Creative Oversight
Review scripts, screenplays, episode content, and creative drafts for quality, structure, originality, and narrative flow.
Offer constructive editorial feedback to writers to enhance story development, character arcs, and dialogues.
Ensure all scripts adhere to project guidelines, tone, and style expectations.
Collaborate with writers to refine story concepts, plotlines, and thematic elements.
Film Writing & Content Expertise
Contribute to story ideation, concept development, and scriptwriting when required.
Evaluate creative briefs and translate them into structured writing tasks.
Maintain consistency in storytelling across episodes, series, or campaigns.
Workflow & Documentation
Track project milestones and maintain detailed documentation.
Ensure proper version control and script updates.
Prepare creative reports, feedback summaries, and quality assessment documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Literature, Mass Communication, Creative Writing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in film script writing, screenplay development, script reviewing, or creative editorial roles.
Proven ability to manage multiple team members and handle parallel projects efficiently.
Strong storytelling, editing, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with OTT platforms, production houses, or creative agencies.
Familiarity with multi-episode show structures and long-format scriptwriting.
Knowledge of industry-standard writing formats (Final Draft, Celtx, etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹32, ₹40,000.00 per month
