Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creative team in developing innovative campaigns and content
Oversee the design and production of marketing materials
Develop and implement creative strategies to drive brand growth
Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery Qualifications:
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or Communications
7-10 years of professional experience in a leadership role
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic abilities
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, InDesign), web platforms (Shopify), and social media tools (Mail-chimp)
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in relevant field
Experience in managing large teams and multiple projects
Knowledge of marketing trends and brand building
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500, ₹750,000.00 per year
