DJX Labs is dedicated to helping forward-thinking organizations achieve engagement, recall, and business transformation.About the RoleWe are hiring a Creative Manager (Multimedia Production) to lead creative direction and oversee the entire production pipeline across 3 D, motion graphics, animation, and video. The ideal candidate brings strong artistic judgment, team leadership, and hands-on production experience to drive high-quality visual output.Key responsibilities but not limited to:1. Build and manage full pipelines for 3 D, motion graphics, animation & video production.2. Conduct daily reviews, QC, and ensure visual consistency across deliverables.3. Lead and mentor 3 D artists, motion designers, animators, editors, and creative teams.4. Proficiency in major tools: Blender / Maya / C4 D, After Effects, Adobe Suite5. Work closely with Project Managers & Tech leads for efficient project flow.6. Present concepts, look-dev, and progress milestones to clients and ensure final output aligns with brand, client expectations, and creative standards.7. Handle feedback efficiently while maintaining creative integrity.Salary: ₹60 K–₹85 K per month (depending on experience & portfolio)
