Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled
Functional Consultant – Workforce Management (WFM)
with strong expertise in
Dayforce Reporting and Dashboards
. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions that enhance labor planning, scheduling accuracy, and workforce analytics across retail operations.

This role requires hands-on HR reporting experience, solid understanding of Dayforce modules, and the ability to convert business needs into scalable insights and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

HR Reporting & Analytics Development

  • Design, build, and maintain
    Dayforce HR reports
    and dashboards
  • Develop analytics and visualizations using
    Dayforce Reporting Suite & Power BI
  • Deliver accurate, actionable insights for HR, Retail, and Leadership teams

Retail Data Enablement

  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency across systems
  • Validate and troubleshoot data inconsistencies
  • Translate complex datasets into simplified insights for forecasting & scheduling

Business Requirements & Reporting Design

  • Gather reporting requirements, KPIs, and compliance needs from stakeholders
  • Develop scalable, data-driven reporting frameworks
  • Support labor optimization through analytics-driven recommendations

Data Quality, Governance & Monitoring

  • Implement data validation and reporting governance standards
  • Maintain alignment of reporting practices across HR & Retail functions
  • Ensure integrity of reporting across multiple integrated systems
  • Stay up-to-date with Dayforce reporting enhancements and analytics trends

Key Interfaces

  • Work closely with
    Business Analysts
    for sprint planning and grooming
  • Collaborate with
    HR, Workforce Management, and Retail teams
  • Partner with
    Engineering Leads
    to resolve defects and reporting challenges
  • Communicate status, risks, and workload to
    Product Leadership

  • 3–5 years of experience in WFM consulting or HR reporting
  • Hands-on experience with Dayforce reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Dayforce Reporting or Integration certification (preferred)
