OverviewAs a Product Manager specializing in the Workforce pillar within the Modern Workplace practice, you will lead the design, management, and growth of solutions that modernize workforce operations through automation, AI-driven support, and intelligent analytics. This role requires a strong understanding of platform modernization, evergreen IT services, agentless service models, and SmartOps frameworks to deliver tangible business value to enterprise clients.You will collaborate with customers, sales, delivery, and alliance teams to define workforce-centric offerings, drive go-to-market strategies, and ensure our clients are empowered to build future-ready, self-optimizing workforces. This position blends portfolio strategy, solution innovation, and hands-on customer engagement.This role is ideal for a visionary leader passionate about transforming workplace support, automation, and innovation into strategic business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Solution DevelopmentDefine and manage the Workforce portfolio offerings, including Platform Modernization, Evergreen IT Services, Agentless Service Desk, Agentic SmartOps, and Intelligent Analytics.Develop solution frameworks, service blueprints, and accelerators that enable scalable delivery.Identify industry trends, customer needs, and technology innovations to continuously evolve the portfolio.Integrate Infrastructure as Code (IaC), agentic automation, predictive maintenance, and AI/ML-driven analytics into the Workforce solutions.Go-to-Market Enablement & Business GrowthEnable sales teams with portfolio positioning, sales kits, and client engagement playbooks.Develop business cases, value realization models, and marketing assets to drive demand.Participate in workforce-focused discovery workshops, readiness assessments, and transformation roadmaps for clients.Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors supporting automation, analytics, and IT service management (ITSM) innovations.Client Engagement & Advisory LeadershipEngage directly with enterprise customers to advise on workforce transformation strategies.Drive client adoption of evergreen IT, agentic operations, and self-healing intelligent platforms.Facilitate customer advisory boards and continuous improvement initiatives focused on workforce innovation.Guide customers on how to migrate from legacy support models to AI-driven, proactive, and predictive workforce solutions.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Solution ExecutionPartner with professional services, innovation, and managed services teams to ensure offering execution and delivery excellence.Create and maintain delivery playbooks, templates, and reusable assets to support consistent high-quality implementations.Support internal enablement initiatives by educating cross-functional teams on Workforce solutions, differentiators, and customer outcomes.Technology & Market ExpertiseMaintain subject matter expertise across infrastructure modernization, evergreen lifecycle management, agentless service desks, and intelligent analytics.Stay current with emerging trends such as self-healing IT, autonomous AI agents, predictive maintenance, and explainable AI (XLO).Act as a thought leader on AI-driven workplace services, intelligent service operations, and workforce optimization best practices.Qualifications & SkillsStrategic & Business Acumen10+ years of experience in product management, product management, digital workplace transformation, or IT service strategy.Demonstrated success managing workforce-centric technology or service portfolios.Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code, evergreen IT strategies, ITSM automation, AIOps, and analytics.Ability to align technology capabilities to business value and workforce experience outcomes.Consultative & Collaboration SkillsExceptional client-facing communication, advisory, and workshop facilitation skills.Ability to build cross-functional consensus and lead complex solution initiatives.Experience enabling go-to-market efforts and creating growth opportunities through portfolio innovation.Technology ProficiencyFamiliarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, or similar ITSM/Cloud platforms.Working knowledge of AIOps, self-healing systems, agentic automation, and predictive analytics.Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and platform rationalization strategies.Certifications & EducationBachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent a plus.Certifications in ITIL, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, or AIOps frameworks preferred.Why Join Us?As a Product Manager, you will:✔️ Shape the future of AI-driven workforce innovation across global enterprises. ✔️ Lead the modernization of IT platforms and support models toward autonomous operations. ✔️ Collaborate with visionary leaders across AI, digital workplace, and cloud innovation. ✔️ Help clients unlock efficiency, resiliency, and agility through next-generation workforce solutions. ✔️ Play a key role in building a world-class Modern Workplace practice.If you are passionate about redefining workplace operations with AI, automation, and intelligence, this is your opportunity to drive real-world change.
