Role Objective:Oversee the entire collections function for the organization, ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining customer relationships and reducing delinquency. Develop and implement effective collection strategies for secured loan. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the end-to-end collections process across loan portfoliosMonitor and control delinquency across early, mid, and late-stage buckets.

Develop and drive recovery strategies for Non-Performing Assets (NPAs). Implement data-driven collection strategies, leveraging technology and analytics.

Lead and motivate the collections team, ensuring target achievements. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (RBI/NBFC norms) in all collection practices. Engage with legal teams for recovery through legal channels (SARFAESI, Arbitration, etc.).

Manage outsourced collection agencies and vendors. Drive customer-centric solutions while balancing risk and recovery. Key Competencies Required:Strong understanding of NBFC regulations and collection practices.

Expertise in handling secured and unsecured loan collections. Excellent team management and leadership abilities. Analytical mindset with proficiency in MIS and recovery dashboards.

Sound knowledge of legal recovery processes. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.10-15 years of experience in collections, preferably in an NBFC or Banking sector. Proven track record of reducing delinquency and improving collection efficiency.

Preferred Skills:Strong negotiation and communication skills. Experience working with digital collection tools and platforms. Ability to work under pressure and drive performance-based outcomes.
