Regional Marketing Manager

The Regional Marketing Manager India will play a key role in designing, implementing, and executing marketing programs and events in India with the goal of generating qualified leads and accelerating the progression of opportunities in the sales pipeline.
The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring performance and reporting on results. This role will be based in Bangalore office and reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, APAC and functionally to the Country Manager India.
What your day will look like:Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand in country business needs and build marketing event and program calendars to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates.
- Events management:
o Plan, organize, and execute field marketing campaigns, events, and activities to generate leads and support business objectives. Including setting events objectives, materials creation, event messaging/marketing, signage, giveaways, contract negotiation, vendor relations, site selection, registration, agenda scheduling, staffing, on-site production, and F&B, & logistics.
o Conduct post-event/campaign evaluations and ROI analysis; report and share results and recommendations with sales team and marketing teams. Strategize, order, and deliver promotional items to support sales & events.
- Demand Generation:
o Plan and execute a robust demand generation plan incorporating multiple tactics to reach key audiences including (but not limited to) events, webinars, roundtables, digital , partner marketing etc.
o Manage vertical-based marketing activities, in partnership with sales, including identifying targets, developing strategy, executing campaigns with the support of cross-functional teams.
o Identify and engage potential customers in close collaboration with SDR / Sales and Channel teams through on-ground activations, seminars, roadshows, and industry events
- Digital:
o Collaborate with the APAC digital team and agency to advise and align digital programs in the region as required.
- Marketing Operations:
o Achieve benchmarked ROI metrics by working with the sales and marketing teams, managing, and analyzing campaign data in CRM ·
o Work with sales organizations to ensure that opportunities are tied to sales qualified leads
o Maintain event and campaign documents - budgets, calendars, checklists, run-of-shows, etc.
- Channel Marketing | Technology Partner management
o Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
o Work with the global and regional marketing teams to localize content and messaging for the Indian market.
o Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI, making recommendations for improvements.
o Coordinate with vendors and agencies for event logistics, promotional materials, and digital campaigns.
o Complete budget reviews and ROI analysis
o The role will spend approximately 50% of the time on events, 30% of the time on lead generation and 20% Channel Marketing

- Bachelor's degree in business, management, sales, marketing, or related field
- Over 8 – 10 years experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the IT sector; digital marketing, ABM and partner marketing experiences are a plus
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to interface at all levels within the organization
- Must have a "get it done" attitude and execute effectively, attention to detail
- Enjoy people and have excellent communication skills
- Creative problem solver and strategic thinker who brings passion, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Highly creative, with strong copy-writing skills and campaign management experience
- A self-starter who is confident, enthusiastic, very proactive, and organized
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at any one time and not afraid to be hands-on in the role
- Meticulous, attention to detail and follow through to ensure tasks/projects are completed
- Able to participate in physical activity, including event set-up & tear do
- Excellent IT skills including CRM technologies, analytics tools,
- Willingness to learn and work in a growing marketing team and expand the role
- Familiarity with the security, public safety, or technology sectors is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of regional Indian languages is an advantage
