Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in Delhi, India. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion. Day-to-day tasks include preparing project submittals, coordinating with clients and contractors, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations. The role requires strong leadership in sustainable design and proficiency with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Architecture and Project Management
  • Experience with Submittals and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Knowledge in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Relevant professional certifications are a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management
