Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and developing architectural concepts for various residential, commercial, and urban design projects.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and presentations using software like CAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborate with senior architects and designers to ensure project goals are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
  • Research materials, building codes, and sustainable practices to inform designs.
  • Contribute to project documentation, including specifications and technical details.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • 0-3 years of professional experience in architecture or related fields.
  • Proficiency in design software such as CAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong design and visualization skills with an eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of building codes and construction standards is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
