Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an Architect at Habitat Architects. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing construction projects, developing architectural concepts, and ensuring that designs meet the needs of clients and regulatory standards. Key day-to-day tasks will include creating detailed architectural drawings, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, managing project timelines, and integrating sustainable design practices into projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Architecture and Architectural Design
  • Experince required is 1-3 years.
  • Junior to Mid level role
  • Skills in Software Development and Integration
  • Expertise in Project Management and coordination
  • Strong understanding of sustainability practices and building codes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
  • Relevant licenses or certifications in architecture
