We are looking for Client Servicing - Events for Mumbai location . The candidate should have minimum 6-12 years of experience in Experiential Marketing / Corporate Events /BTL industry.

Associate Account Director

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Working on client acquisition process along with managing existing client relationships

  2. Building rapport with clients and creating a high trust factor which can benefit business in the long-run

  3. Setting client expectations to overcome unexpected barriers

  4. Meeting commitments to clients to build a long-term relationship and leverage business opportunities

  5. Translating client brief & expectations correctly to the internal teams

  6. Stimulating team discussions to fine tune concepts that can be pitched to clients

  7. Directing the creative teams (concept & design) with a clear brief to ensure the output is closer to the

expectation and is approved by client with minimal or no changes

  1. Working closely with the production team in building client estimation and defining production

timelines

  1. Leading on-site management to ensure quality control and timely delivery

  2. Managing overall project while guiding the project team to perform optimally

  3. Adhering to internal processes and ensuring compliance of the same with the team

  4. Researching well about competition to stay updated on recent developments and be able to lead the

industry by example

  1. Managing crisis and conflicts, while making sound business decisions basis logic, facts and data

  2. Keep the team inspired and motivated

  3. Managing attrition in the team
