Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Project Architect based in New Delhi. The Senior Project Architect will oversee architectural design, ensure project goals are met, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include creating architectural submittals, managing projects from concept to completion, incorporating sustainable design principles, the role demands leadership, collaboration, and adherence to high-quality standards.

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and budget control.
  • Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
  • Requires strong project management skills and experience in complex construction projects, ideally in cultural or public sectors.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architecture design and Submittals preparation
  • Demonstrated expertise in Project Management and coordination
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Professional licensure in architecture and familiarity with local building codes preferred
