Position: Junior IT Recruiter

Location: Pune (Onsite)

Type: Full-time

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles using appropriate recruiting tools and methods.
  • Engage and build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies to business needs.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment quality checks, documentation, and reporting.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and share updates on progress and outcomes.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 02 years of experience in IT recruitment (freshers with strong aptitude and communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong learning attitude with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Basic knowledge of IT hiring processes and recruiting tools.
  • Goal-oriented, quality-driven, and accountable.
  • Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
