Job Title: Junior Recruiter

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to support our hiring process. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting the recruitment team in day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates from job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities as guided by senior recruiters.

Requirements:

  • 0.6–1 year of experience in recruitment (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals.
  • Eager to learn and grow in the recruitment field.

Work Mode: Full-time -ONSITE

Job Type: Full-time
