HR And Admin Officer

- Prepare and publish job descriptions.
- Source candidates through portals, referrals, and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Conduct background checks and salary negotiations.
- Complete joining formalities & induction.
2. HR Operations & Admin
- Maintain employee records (digital physical).
- Attendance & leave tracking (manual or HR software).
- Prepare monthly salary inputs (to share with accounts/payroll).
- Ensure timely issuing of appointment, increment, and relieving letters.
- Handle office infrastructure needs (seating, ID cards, etc.).
4. Performance & Engagement
- Set up KRAs with each department head.
- Conduct performance reviews (quarterly or bi-annual).
- Organize monthly team meetings and updates.
- Plan employee engagement activities (birthday celebrations, town halls).
5. Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps.
- Arrange internal or external training sessions (especially in sales, CRM, compliance, and construction safety).
6. Exit Process
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Process full & final settlements.
- Issue experience/relieving letters.
