Role Overview
Krish Trip is seeking a motivated HR & Admin Executive (HYBRID ROLE) to handle recruitment, HR operations, and administrative functions in a Hybrid Work Model. This role is crucial in building the right team, managing the employee lifecycle, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. While most tasks can be handled remotely, you will be required to work from the office at least 2 days a week for coordination and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate manpower planning with management and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Draft and issue HR letters, contracts, and policies.
- Maintain attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.
- Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, induction, and training support.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
- Oversee administrative functions including vendor coordination, facility upkeep (when required), and office supplies.
- Manage company records, documentation, and correspondence digitally.
- Support management with day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment platforms, and administration.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a hybrid (remote office) environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR/Admin tools.
- Proactive, problem-solving approach with attention to detail.
Note: This is a Hybrid Opportunity. The selected candidate will be required to work from the office at least 2-3 days a week, while the remaining days can be managed remotely.
