Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Sales Executive located in the Greater Delhi Area. The CRM Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships and utilizing CRM software to enhance sales processes. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective clients, maintaining accurate client records, analyzing customer data for sales trends, and developing sales strategies to improve customer engagement and retention. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and providing feedback to improve product offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM software and managing customer relationships
- Strong analytical skills for analyzing customer data and sales trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
- Familiarity with sales strategies and customer engagement techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or automation industry is a plus
