Role Description

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Field Marketing Manager will drive regional marketing strategies, execute field campaigns, and strengthen engagement with customers and partners. Responsibilities will include organizing events, coordinating with sales teams, managing local marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in planning, organizing, and managing field events, trade shows, and targeted campaigns
  • Strong ability in customer engagement, partnership building, and enhancing brand presence through local initiatives
  • Experience in campaign execution, performance analysis, and seamless coordination with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in market research and data interpretation to tailor marketing strategies effectively
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field is preferred
  • Experience in the tech or workforce solutions industry will be a plus
