Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts, lead generation, and networking.
  • Lead recruitment consulting projects from start to finish, including research, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service delivery and meet client expectations.
  • Identify industry trends and market insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-6 years of experience in executive search or permanent staffing with a focus on IT/Non-IT sectors.
  • Proven track record in headhunting top talent for leadership positions across various industries.
  • Strong understanding of client engagement principles, key account management best practices, and new business development techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients at all levels; ability to build strong relationships quickly.
