Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for the Non-IT vertical, focusing on middle to senior-level hiring.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Actively engage in client management, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Handle pre- and post-interview coordination and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • This is an individual contributor (IC) role with accountability for achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.
