Front Office Associate

Job descriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front desk operations, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
- Handle cash transactions, credit card sales, and other financial tasks accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹26,523.27 per month
