Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert franchise leads into successful business partnerships
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and expansion markets
  • Build and maintain strong client & stakeholder relationships
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and consumer preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) for business growth
  • Negotiate and close franchise agreements/contracts
  • Monitor sales performance and report key metrics to management
  • Represent Frozen Bottle at trade shows, events, and industry forums

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Proven sales track record (franchise/business expansion preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build long-term partnerships
  • Knowledge of F&B / retail industry and franchise business models

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in franchise development/project management in F&B/QSR sector.
  • Strong network within the food retail industry is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in opening and managing multiple store roll-outs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project execution skills.
  • Willingness to travel as per business needs.
