Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Production Line Leader. The Production Line Leader will oversee and manage production line operations, ensuring seamless workflows and adherence to established quality standards. Responsibilities include production planning, training and mentoring team members, monitoring progress, and implementing quality control measures. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve production objectives and meet delivery schedules efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to efficiently manage workflows and schedules.
  • Experience in implementing Quality Control measures to maintain high product standards.
  • Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments effectively.
  • Ability to provide Training to team members and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Leadership skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A degree or diploma in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in managing production lines in a manufacturing or electronics industry is an advantage.
