Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Line Sales Executive located in Noida. The Front Line Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers, presenting and explaining the various insurance products that HDFC Life offers, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks also include building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their individual insurance needs, and customizing plans accordingly. Additional responsibilities include recording customer interactions and following up on leads, as well as providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills: expertise in presenting and explaining insurance products and closing sales
- Communication and Interpersonal skills: strong verbal and written communication, relationship-building
- Customer Service skills: ability to understand client needs and customize plans accordingly
- Organizational and Time Management skills: recording customer interactions, following up on leads, managing time efficiently
- Ability to work on-site in Noida
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
