Voice and Accent Assessor

**We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Voice & Accent Accessor**
Role & responsibilities
- To evaluate communication skills of candidates and ensure alignment with global standards.
- Conduct V&A assessments for hiring and internal evaluations.
- Audit calls and evaluate the candidates. Provide feedback as well.
- Provide objective feedback and support training needs.
- Collaborate with recruitment , training and operations team.
- Maintain consistency in assessments and reporting.
- Evaluate candidates on parameters including pronunciation, intonation, grammar, fluency, clarity and listening comprehension.
- Conduct voice interviews for identifying trainable candidates.
Preferred candidate profile/Skills and Competencies
- Strong spoken and written English skills with a neutral accent.
- Knowledge of phonetics, speech mechanics, communication patterns.
- Analytical mindset with strong documentation and feedback skills.
- Previous Experience in BPO Voice Accessor, V&A training is a must.
- Basic knowledge of learning and development methodologies.
- Strong time management skills.
