Job Discription-

Position Title

International Voice & Blended / Associate , Representative , Advisor

Package Upto - 3lpa to 8lpa

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate / Under graduate (as per your companys standard)
  • Fresher's are welcome
  • Experience:

    • Minimum 6 months to 5Years experience in International Voice process (or customer support).

    • Exposure to blended processes (voice + chat/email) is preferred.
  • Excellent English verbal & written communication skills (neutral / clear accent, grammar).
  • Strong typing skills, speed & accuracy for chat/email.
  • Comfortable working in international time zones (US / UK shifts).
  • Ability to multitask across channels, manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving attitude, patience, empathy, customer-first mindset.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends / holidays as per roster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound (and possibly outbound) international calls from customers in [US / UK / Europe / etc.], resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to customer queries via chat and/or email (blended process) in addition to voice.
