Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with U.S. customers through outbound/inbound calls to promote and sell products or services.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and close deals with confidence.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and CRM updates daily.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Handle objections and convert prospects into paying customers through persuasive communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales scripts, campaigns, and closing strategies.
  • Ensure professionalism and compliance with U.S. communication standards on every call.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Excellent verbal communication with a neutral U.S. accent.
  • Prior experience in U.S. Voice Process / International Sales / Telesales preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
  • Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (U.S. time zones).
  • Proficient in CRM or dialer tools and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
