Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Voice Process Specialist located in Pune. The specialist will handle international voice process-related tasks, responding to customer inquiries, providing service information, and resolving issues. The role involves maintaining a professional demeanor and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer support or a related field
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts
  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferable
  • Previous experience in an international voice process is a plus
