Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for an Inside Sales (Fresher) position based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales representative will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The daily tasks will include responding to inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Previous experience in sales or related fields is a plus
