Job Overview
Pentagon Space is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This full-time role requires expertise in formulating sales strategies and leading teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of customer relationship management and will excel at building and sustaining networks to drive business growth and opportunity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability in developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve growth and sales targets (Sales Strategy)(Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring high-performing sales teams and driving results (Team Leadership)(Mandatory skill).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels (Communication)(Mandatory skill).
- Strong customer relationship management skills to effectively nurture existing accounts and attract new prospects.
- Exceptional negotiation skills to secure the best terms and foster lasting partnerships with clients.
- Ability to accurately forecast sales, setting and managing expectations with the leadership team.
- Expertise in market analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Proficient problem-solving skills to address challenges and convert them into actionable strategies for success.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive threats.
- Negotiate contracts with potential and existing clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company strategy.
- Continuously seek feedback to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
