keeK Marketing is a performance-led digital marketing agency working with brands across India and the UK. To support our growth and strengthen our financial operations, we are hiring a Chartered Accountant who can manage domestic and international finance with accuracy and responsibility.

About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end finance operations for keeK Marketing. This role involves handling GST, VAT, compliance, reporting, and managing both Zoho Books (India) and ClearBooks (UK). The ideal candidate will ensure smooth financial functioning and provide reliable insights for business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete accounting operations, reconciliations, and daily financial entries.
  • Handle GST filing, TDS returns, and income tax compliance for India.
  • Handle VAT filing and financial compliance for UK operations.
  • Maintain accurate books in Zoho Books (India) and ClearBooks (UK).
  • Prepare invoices, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Prepare monthly MIS, P&L reports, forecasts, and budgeting reports.
  • Coordinate with auditors and consultants for annual audits and statutory compliance.
  • Strengthen and implement financial SOPs and internal controls.
  • Support management in tax planning, financial strategy, and cost optimisation.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong understanding of GST, VAT, TDS, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with ClearBooks, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with international finance or multi-currency accounting.
  • Knowledge of UK VAT rules and cross-border compliance.
  • Prior experience in service-based or marketing agencies.
  • Familiarity with financial automation and dashboard tools.

Compensation:

₹4–5 LPA, based on experience and skillset.
