Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong management and operational experience to lead financial planning, compliance, and business operations. The role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in accounting, audits, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance (GST, Income Tax, Companies Act).
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow for multiple projects.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Lead internal and statutory audits and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams on business strategy and financial planning.
  • Streamline processes across finance, procurement, and operations.
  • Support business proposals, pricing models, and investment planning.
  • Lead and mentor junior finance team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory.
  • 5–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and operations management.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance regulations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in technology, innovation, or startup environments.
  • Exposure to automation, process improvement, or financial digitization tools.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
