We're looking for an
experienced Shopper Marketing Manager
who can convert shopper insights into powerful campaigns that drive awareness, visibility, and conversion across India's top e-commerce marketplaces.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute
shopper marketing strategies
for key e-commerce platforms
Build impactful
campaigns, brand stores, and A+ content
that boost conversions
Plan
sale activations
during key events (Amazon GIF, Nykaa Pink Friday, Big Billion Days, etc.)
Collaborate with brand, digital, and sales teams for seamless execution
Manage
media spends and ROI
through Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other ad managers
Analyze data, shopper behavior, and performance metrics to drive growth
What We're Looking For
5–8 years' experience in
E-commerce / FMCG / Beauty / D2C
marketing
Strong knowledge of
marketplace dynamics & shopper journeys
Data-driven mindset with a creative, brand-first approach
Excellent coordination, communication, and campaign management skills
MBA/PG in Marketing, Business, or related field
