Summary
The Assistant Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing the operational activities of multiple terminals in one or more states. This role requires strong leadership, communication and organizational skills to ensure efficient and effective operations that align with company objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Execute the Defined process according to SLA.
Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer Satisfaction.
Oversee the implementation of technology solutions for the customers as per their
requirements.
Ensure smooth relation with customers and internal team.
Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
Collaborating with senior management to formulate strategy.
Identifying and mitigating operational risks, ensuring that the organization can function
effectively and overcome unexpected challenges.
- Identifying inefficiencies in operational processes and implementing changes that increase
Efficiency.
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, external partners and customers to
achieve operational goals.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining a quality management system that ensures
consistent quality throughout all operational processes.
Requirements and skills
Proven experience in leading Operations or similar leadership role
Familiarity with all business functions like supply chain, IT and Logistics.
Experience with implementing and managing IOT Solutions.
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and leadership ability
Analytical mind
Problem-solving aptitude
Experience – 6-8 years
Languages – Hindi, Malayalam and English are mandatory, Other languages are an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
