We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at our salon located in Piravom, Mulanthuruthy. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the salon manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:

- Support the salon manager in training, supervising, and motivating salon staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure that clients receive top-notch service and have a positive experience.
- Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the salon.
- **Operations Management**:

- Assist in managing daily operations, including appointment scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Monitor and maintain salon equipment and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and enforce salon policies and procedures.
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Actively promote salon services and products to increase sales and revenue.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Assist with administrative duties such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing payroll.
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the beauty or salon industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of salon operations, including scheduling software and inventory management systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Certification or training in cosmetology or a related field is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
