Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to lead international sales for our Consumer Products (B2C) for the international Markets. The role involves expanding our footprint in international markets, building distributor/retailer partnerships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring strong brand visibility and compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize international markets for entry and growth.
Develop Product and GTM strategies for the targeted markets tailored cultural, regulatory, and consumer preferences.
Sales & Business Development
Build, manage, and grow relationships with distributors, modern trade, e-commerce platforms, and retail partners.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms to optimize profitability.
Achieve and exceed international sales targets.
Channel & Partner Management
Onboard, train, and support distributors/partners to ensure brand alignment.
Monitor partner performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Regulatory & Compliance
Collaborate with R&D/Regulatory teams for timely approvals.
Consumer Insights & Marketing Collaboration
Gather and analyze consumer behavior, competitor activities, and market trends.
Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns and adapt product messaging to local markets.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare regular business performance reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Use data-driven insights to recommend strategies for improvement.
Key Requirements
MBA/PG in Sales, Marketing, or International Business.
710 years of experience in international sales/business development (preferably FMCG, B2C personal/home care, or OTC products).
Proven track record of launching and growing consumer brands in overseas markets.
Strong network with distributors and modern trade channels.
Knowledge of regulatory landscapes across key geographies (Asia, Africa, LATAM, Middle East) preferred.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Ability to travel extensively for market visits and partner meetings.
