Role Overview:
We're looking for a driven and articulate B2C Sales Channel Associate to lead our efforts in reaching out to Retail stores pan Mumbai, including modern Trade, General Trade, retail chains, Residential Societies, etc. You'll be the bridge between our brand and the B2C network, helping us grow our reach and visibility with pride.
Must-Have Attributes:
- Prior experience in FMCG(food) with direct connects with retail stores pan Mumbai.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Hindi and/or Marathi proficiency is a strong plus.
- Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets Proficiency: Must know how to maintain trackers, use basic formulas, and manage lead data.
- Client Management Experience: Minimum 5 years in a client-facing, sales, or business development role
Field-Readiness:
- Comfortable meeting clients in person, setting up and conducting sampling events.
- Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, and schedules efficiently.
- Professional Appearance & Conduct: You are the face of our brand – warm, trustworthy, and well-groomed.
- Must be goal/target-oriented to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.
Good-to-Have Attributes:
- Basic understanding of nutrition, clean-label or health food trends.
- Ability to create simple sales decks or presentations for clients.
- Flexible availability on weekends for events.
- Good with numbers.
- Enthusiastic about nutrition, health, and food startups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and onboard D2C clients, Local area groups, Retail, General trade, Societies, including corporates.
- Set up and manage weekend booths – from permissions to on-ground presence.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and orders in Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, marketing) for seamless execution.
- Represent the brand professionally during all client and community interactions.
- Capture customer feedback and provide market insights.
