Position Overview
:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving corporate sales for Sarovar Hotels in the Delhi region. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, generating revenue through room and banquet sales, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain corporate clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts to maximize revenue.
  • Negotiate contracts and rates with corporate clients in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate with hotel units to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate bookings.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Represent Sarovar Hotels at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 07 years of experience in corporate sales within hospitality or travel industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and similar tools.
